LUTON, England, May 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Elster (NYSE: ELT) announced today that the Macao Water Supply Company has selected Elster to supply up to 26,000 V100 volumetric water meters and 600 meters out of Elster's bulk water meter portfolio, including the innovative Q4000, over the coming year.
