MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - April 9, 2012) - Solimar Energy Limited (ASX:SGY) (TSX VENTURE:SXS) ("Solimar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has completed a C$1.1 million Private Placement (the "Placement").
