Secure Energy Services Inc. Announces Expansion of Syndicated Credit Facility to $200 Million |

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 7, 2012) - Secure Energy Services Inc. ("Secure" or the "Corporation") (TSX:SES) announced today that it has expanded its existing syndicated credit facility ("Syndicated Facility") to $200 million through the exercise of the $50 million accordion feature. All members of the existing syndicate consisting of six financial institutions and Canadian chartered banks participated in the expansion of the Syndicated Facility. There were no changes to the terms of underlying syndicated credit agreement previously announced on August 4, 2011.
