Kyle Dowie, 43, was fired from his job at a supermarket outside Des Moines, Ia. over cashing 20 cents of bottle deposits that were not his. After a complaint was filed with the Iowa Civil Rights Commission on behalf of Dowie alleged discrimination based on his disability, he is hesitant to accept a job offer to return.
