VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Jan. 24, 2012) - Carbon Friendly Solutions Inc. (CNSX:CFQ) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has arranged for financing by way of a non-brokered private placement of 5,000,000 Units (the "Units") at a price of CAD$0.30 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to CAD$1,500,000 million (the "Private Placement").
