While many people in the northeast would likely never dream of paying for snow, the snow business is actually booming, largely in the South, and many of people are willing to pay big bucks for the fake snow. "It's just absolutely exploded this year. We don't know why," said David Bryant, the president of the Jacksonville-based company, The Ice Man.
