Bank of America is reportedly backing down from its $5 debit card fee, giving customers more ways to avoid the fee. Meanwhile, JPMorgan Chase has decided it will not charge customers for using their debit cards for purchases, joining a growing list of banks who have also said they do not plan to charge consumers.
