VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 13, 2011) - Brookemont Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BKT)(PINK SHEETS:BKTPF) ("Brookemont", "BKT" or the "Company") wishes to report that it has closed the first tranche of the private placement announced August 5, 2011. The first tranche closed was for gross proceeds of $1,345,000. The funds raised will go primarily towards the planned Tanzanian drill program that is expected to commence shortly.
