VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - July 22, 2011) - Soldi Ventures Inc. (Soldi) (TSX VENTURE:SOV) would like to announce that it has increased the non flow-through private placement announced July 15th 2011. The non-brokered private placement has been increased up to 7,700,000 units at a price of $0.11 per unit for total proceeds of up to $847,000 subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
