IT spend in India is poised to grow to over USD 50 Bn in the next 5 years, which presents a huge local untapped market for software MNCs. The Indian Government has earmarked USD 9 billion for investment in IT initiatives over the next five years; 12% Y-o-Y rise in IT spending allocation to States.
