Scott Porten has helped shape Delray Beach through decades of civic leadership and philanthropy. He served as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Old School Square, Chair of SPRAB, and nearly 20 years with the BPOA, along with other city committees. Now retired, he focuses on supporting the arts and children’s initiatives, continuing his lasting impact on the community.
