VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 25, 2011) - AgriMarine Holdings Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FSH)(OTCQX:AGMHF)(FRANKFURT:A2G) (the "Company" or "AgriMarine") is pleased to announce that it has closed the first, non-brokered, tranche of a private placement consisting of 6,763,644 units (each a "Unit'), at a subscription price of $0.35 per Unit for gross proceeds of $2,367,275 (the "Offering").
