OMT Announces Closing of Private Placement |

WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - May 13, 2011) - OMT Inc. ("OMT") (TSX VENTURE:OMT) announced today that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of subscription receipts ("Subscription Receipts") and that it has issued 15 million Subscription Receipts, at a price per $0.05 per Subscription Receipt, for aggregate gross proceeds of $750,000.
