VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 9, 2011) -Pacific Imperial Mines Inc. ("PPM") (TSX VENTURE:PPM.H) announces that it will conduct on a best efforts basis, a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,000,000 shares of the company at $0.15 per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000.
