Vigil Health Solutions Announces Term Extension |

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 16, 2011) - Vigil Health Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VGL) ("Vigil") announced that it has reached an agreement to extend its loan agreement with British Columbia Discovery Fund (VCC) Inc. and GrowthPoint Capital Corp. The loan term has been extended to April 30, 2011 from March 31, 2010. The loan is secured by all of Vigil's property and is convertible at the option of the lenders into Vigil's common shares at a rate of one common share for each $0.20 of indebtedness.
