Thundermin Arranges Up to $1,750,000 Flow Through Private Placement |

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 11, 2011) - Thundermin Resources Inc. ("Thundermin") (TSX:THR) announces a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 6,730,770 flow-through units ("Units") at a price of $0.26 per Unit to raise up to $1,750,000 (the "Offering"), subject to regulatory approval and closing. The Offering is expected to close on or about February 24, 2011.
