VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 30, 2015) - VMS Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VMS) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement comprised of a combination of flow through shares (the "FT Shares") at $0.275 per FT Share and non-flow through units (the "Units") at a price of $0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000.
