Ellen Pao: Sex bias 'won't change' without push |

On Friday, a San Francisco jury ruled that Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers did not discriminate against a former female partner, Ellen Pao, because she is a woman. She, and others, are hoping this is just the beginning of the gender equity conversation in Silicon Valley.
