VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 11, 2015) - Kaminak Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:KAM) ("Kaminak" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has closed the bought deal private placement financing (the "Offering") announced on February 18, 2015, which was co-led by Cormark Securities Inc. and Raymond James Ltd. and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp., National Bank Financial Inc., Beacon Securities Limited, Euro Pacific Canada Inc., Paradigm Capital Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corporation (collectively the "Underwriters").
