Wayne Newton, long famed as "Mr. Las Vegas," is being sued by a developer who claims the singer is obstructing efforts to turn Newton's 40-acre 'Case de Shenandoah' estate into a Vegas tourist attraction along the lines of Elvis' Graceland.
